Really good apartment experience

central locationmodern designhelpful staff
I found the location central. The apartment featured ultra modern design. I also found it very clean. All staff I encountered were knowledgeable. They proved helpful . The apartment was well equipped. I believe it.
I noticed a slight delay at check in due to staffing levels on the 9th floor.

Acceptable Stay

great viewcity viewfriendly stafflimited furniturecheap chairmissing oven
The apartment had a great view. It was a city view room. This was a little upgrade on arrival, which I liked. I appreciated the really kind staff. Particularly the two Lukes. The location was great too. Trams were right outside.
The room was billed as having a fully equipped kitchen. There was no oven, albeit there was a microwave, but it was very limited. There was very little usable furniture, sadly. I found it ridiculous that they only provided one cheap kitchen chair.

Charming Studio Stay

handy kitchenstudio roomuseful utensils
I adored the studio room that included a handy kitchen area. This made making my own meals much easier, and I was able to keep snacks in the mini fridge. The provided kitchen utensils and tableware were really useful for preparing simple meals. The in-room facilities really charmed me.
It did not hugely affect my experience though.
Service
10/10
The staff was very polite. They quickly addressed all my requests for extra towels. The reception desk was staffed 24/7, so i felt much safer.
Rooms
9/10
The room had a modern design and was looked super fresh upon arrival. The bed was particularly comfy. I also liked the blackout curtains that kept the room dark for a good sleep.
Location
9/10
The aparthotel was close to many shops. It was near restaurants and public transportation stops. This location was perfect for exploring the city center.
